On August 19, 2025, as part of an official inspection, the State District Sanitary Inspector in Gryfice collected water samples for testing at the swimming pool. The water test results met the requirements set forth in Annexes 1 and 2 to the Regulation on Swimming Pools. As part of an internal inspection, the swimming pool manager collected 7 samples for testing—in all samples collected, the water quality in terms of microbiological and physicochemical parameters met the requirements of the Regulation on Swimming Pools. The water quality at the “Dworek nad Regą” swimming pool in Nowielice during the assessed period met the microbiological and physicochemical requirements specified in Annexes 1 and 2 to the Regulation of the Minister of Health of November 9, 2015, on the requirements to be met by water at swimming pools.

The State District Sanitary Inspector in Gryfice, having considered the above analysis, concludes that the swimming pool operator, i.e., “AGRO-POL” Sławomir Polikowski, ul. Wojska Polskiego 24, 72-320 Trzebiatów, conducted the assessment of water quality at the Dworek nad Regą swimming pool in a manner that was appropriate and ensured the safety of those using the facility.
