Dworek nad Regą Terms & Conditions

We would be very grateful to you for observing the following terms and conditions of staying at Dworek nad Regą. They are designed to ensure all guests can enjoy a peaceful and safe stay at the hotel.

  1. You are not allowed to smoke anywhere in the hotel, especially in the hotel rooms. If you disrespect this rule, you will be charged 300 PLN for laundry.
  2. Rooms are rented per night.
  3. Check in time is any time after 2 pm. Check out time on the date of departure is 11 am.
  4. Unless you require otherwise when making a booking, your booking will be made for one night.
  5. If you wish to extend your stay, you must inform the receptionist by 11 am on the date of departure specified in your booking.
  6. Your stay can be extended depending on room availability.
  7. We aim to provide our services as required by the standard of the hotel. If you have any objections to the quality of our services, please inform the receptionist as soon as possible so that we can deal with the problem immediately.
  8. The hotel must
  • ensure such conditions as to enable you to rest and relax fully and freely;
  • ensure your safety during your stay at the hotel and the confidentiality of any information about you;
  • provide you with professional and friendly service;
  • ensure that your room is cleaned and/or the necessary repairs to any equipment are made only while you are not in your room, unless you agree otherwise;
  • give you another room (depending on availability) or otherwise alleviate any inconvenience caused to you by a defect in your room that cannot be removed.
  1. Upon your request, we can provide the following services free of charge:
  • information about your stay at the hotel, travel information;
  • wake-up calls.
  1. The hotel is liable for the loss or damage of the items brought by guests to the extent as provided for in Articles 846-849 of the Polish Civil Code, unless otherwise agreed between you and us.
  2. You are required to inform the receptionist of any such loss or damage as soon as you discover it.
  3. The hotel’s liability for the loss of cash, securities, valuables, or items of scientific or artistic value is limited unless such items are deposited at the reception desk.
  4. The hotel is not liable for the damage or loss of your car or any other vehicle.
  5. You will be financially responsible for any damage to or destruction of any furnishings or equipment at the hotel which is caused by you or any person visiting you at the hotel.
  6. Animals are not allowed in the hotel restaurant, spa treatment rooms or the swimming pool.
  7. Extra towels for use in Spa area are availabe at the reception desk. After use, you should give it back to reception desk. If you disrespect this rule, you can be charged extra 50 PLN a towel.
  8. You are not allowed to take in the Spa area any beverage in glass packages exept water.
  9. In the Spa area it is forbidden to take with or drink alcohol or any intoxicants. You  also can not spend time there after taking any of those.

* for disrespecting point 17 or 18 of this rules you can be charged extra 3 000 PLN.

  1. Children under the age of 12 yers old must be accompanied by an adult. Any damages to hotel property will be charged to the guest accordingly
  2. Every time you leave your room, you must make sure that the door is locked and leave your room key at the reception desk.
  3. You may not provide your room for use by any third person even if the period of your stay for which you have paid is not over yet.
  4. Persons not registered to spend the night at the hotel may only stay in your hotel room between 7 am and 10 pm. During the hours of 22:00 to 7:00 Visitors will be reguired to register with the hotel reception and will be charged four they stay at the hotel.
  5. No noise can be made at the hotel between 10 pm and 7 am.
  6. For fire safety reasons, no heaters, electric irons or other similar equipment not provided in your room by us may be used.
  7. We may refuse to accept a booking from a person who has in the past been in material breach of the hotel’s terms and conditions by causing damage to the hotel’s property or any personal injury to any guests, hotel staff or other persons staying at the hotel, or who has caused any other disturbance to the hotel’s guests or any disruptions to the operation of the hotel.
  8. Any personal property left by you in your hotel room will be sent to the address provided by you. If you do not request us to send your property back to you, we will store the items left in your room for a period of one month.
