I. Reservation terms
* Prerequisite for making a firm booking is a 50% deposit of the total stay.
* The deposit should be paid into the hotel account in the form of bank transfer, debit card or cash payment.
* The deposit should be paid within 5 days of the date of booking or within the time specified on the sent confirmation document
* If you want to make a reservation less than 14 days before arrival, you have to pay in advance 100% of total booking costs (*in the case of cancellation of the reservation, the amount paid is non-refundable).
II. Cancellation of reservation policy
In case of cancellation of the booked stay the hotel will refund:
a) 100% of the deposit paid in case of resignation registered 60 days before arrival.
b) 70% of the value of the deposit in case of resignation notified up to 30 days before arrival.
c) 50% of the value of the deposit in case of resignation notified less than 30 days before the planned arrival.
d) The deposit is non-refundable in case of resignation less than 14 days before the start of stay.
*The reservation and cancellation terms do not apply to group bookings
